3D Clash-Free
Model
After a detailed analysis of clash detection and reduction, we recreate a 3D model that is clash-free. With this, we make decisions in 3D instead of time-consuming and costly changes on-site. We render realistic images of the site interiors and exteriors which help you visualize the completed project well in advance.
Construction
Ready Plans
Based on the clash-free 3D model, we make construction-ready plans and IFC (Issue for Construction) plans. This is where we define a fixed construction cost and a fixed construction timeline. As a part of this process, construction materials are also finalised to avoid expensive unplanned decisions on-site.
Once the construction plans are ready, we use Steel to start construction. With the help of the Owner’s dashboard, you can keep a track of the progress and all the activities that happen on-site. The LIVIO mobile app is in English & Spanish and helps the workers coordinate well within themselves.
